Headstone Rededication ceremony for Pte. Cecil Henry Burns and for Driver Henry Martin Comerford.
These two Australian soldiers were buried as unknown soldiers untill now but years of research by the Fallen Diggers Association led to their identification and so now they have a known grave. Cecil Burns served with the 46th Battalion Australian Imperial Force and was killed in action 19 October 1917. Driver Henry Comerford served with the 5th Field Artillery brigade of the AIF and died of wounds on 7 November 1917. Both soldier so lost their lives during the 3rd Batte of Ypres.

Twee grafzerkjes werden ingewijd voor  Pte. Cecil Henry Burns en voor  Driver Henry Martin Comerford. Deze twee Australische soldaten waren tot nu begraven als onbekend maar jaren van onderzoek door de Fallen Diggers Association leidde uiteindelijk tot de indenticatie en zo hebben beide mannen nu een gekend graf. Cecil Burns diende bij  het 4th Battalion Australian Imperial Force werd gedood op 19 ok tober 1917.
Driver Henry Comerford diende bij de 5th Field Artillery brigade van de AIF en stierf aan zijn verwondingen op 7 november 1917. Beie verloren dus het leven tijdens de 3e Slag om Ieper.
