Please find below some pictures of the New Zealand sunset ceremony on Wednesday evening 7 June 2017. The ceremony took place at the New Zealand Memorial Park at Messines and was attended by the Governor-General of New Zealand.
The New Zealand Defence Force Maori Cultural Group esorted the Vice-Regal Party onto the battlefields memorial.
The National Anthems of Belgium and New Zealand.
The Regimental Colour being marched on.
Sounds of tunneling and explosion.
The Catafalque party.
The Governor-General of New Zealand, Dame Patsy Reddy, thanked all participants in the ceremony.
