On. 22nd. 2026 at Voormezeele Enclosure N°.3 a 2nd. rededication ceremony took place after the one earlier at Harelbeke. This was one for 2nd. Lt. Frank Fleming who was killed on 11 April 1918 while serving with the 4th Bn., att. 7th Bn. Seaforth Highlanders. The ceremony was attended by members of the 4th Bn. Royal Regiment of Scotland who performed the military protocol.The service was conducted by Army Chaplain Thomas Wilde of the same Battalion. The MOD War Detectives were in charge while the CWGC provided the new headstone as usual.

Lieutenant Frank Fleming die sneuvelde op 11 April 1918 terwijlhij diende bij 4th Bn., toegevoegd aan het 7th Bn. Seaforth Highlanders. De ceremonie werd bihewoond door mannen van hete battaljon van het Royal Regiment of Scotland.  De dienst werd geleid door aalmoezenierThomas Wilde van het zelfde battaljon.De MOD War Detectives organiseerden de plechtigheid en de neieuwe zerk werd zoals altijd voorzien door de CWGC.
