Commemoration of the Battle of Ramskapelle - Ramskapelle - 23/10/2021

Please find below some photos of the 107th anniversary of the battle of Ramskapelle which was commemorated on Saturday 26 October 2019. This events commemorates the efforts ot the Belgian and Franch troops stopping the German attack at the end of October 1914.

The standard of the 6th Linieregiment.

Wreaths were laid at the different monuments in the village.

The last wreaths were laid on the Belgian military cemetery at Ramskapelle.

A short parade on the main square of Ramskapelle to conclude the commemoration.
