The closing event of GoneWest was a peace manifestation on the Grand Place of Ypres. Wim Obrouck sought and found numerous artists willing to 'occupy' the iconic peace city of Ypres for 12 hours, to commemorate WW1 with a powerful signal of reconciliation, hope and solidarity.
