The official opening of the exhition took place on Saturday 30 October 2021.
Address by Dominiek Dendooven on behalf of the In Flanders Fields Museum: "After many years of research, we have now found traces of 129 different nationalities of soldiers who were involved in the Ypres Salient during the Great War. They are represented by 129 faces made by the artist Jan Fieuw -
